Most Tucson gyms are built for people who already know what they're doing. If you're in your 60s, 70s or 80s and what you actually want is to carry groceries, get off the floor after playing with a grandchild, and hike without worrying about your footing, you need coaching — not a treadmill and a key fob.
That's what Stronger With Age classes are. Monday and Friday at 7:30am, a small group of neighbors, every rep watched, every movement scaled to the body you have today.

What you train in every class
- Strength — sit-to-stands, pressing, pulling, carrying. The muscle that keeps you independent.
- Balance — single-leg work, reactive stepping and gait drills that cut fall risk.
- Bone health — loaded, osteoporosis-aware movement that signals bone to hold density.
- Mobility — hips, shoulders and spine, so reaching and turning stay comfortable.
- Confidence — the part nobody advertises and everybody notices first.
